Ryan Swen is an associate at Park Lawless & Tremonti. He represents General Motors, American Honda Motor Co., and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in Song-Beverly Warranty cases, including those where consumers allege fraud and unfair business competition under Business and Professions Code section 17200. He handles all aspects of these cases, from initial pleadings to trial.

Ryan received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of Washington, Seattle, a Master of Arts degree in Cinema and Media Studies from the University of Southern California, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, he was a board member of the Gould Entertainment Law Society.

Ryan is also a film critic and an avid explorer of Los Angeles’s great restaurants.
