Rosalie Leabres is an associate at Park Lawless & Tremonti. She has extensive experience handling complex litigation in both state and federal courts. She currently handles various litigation matters, including defending automobile manufacturers in consumer litigation, including breach of express and implied warranty cases involving claims arising under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnusson Moss Act, Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq., and alleged fraud.
Rosalie received her Bachelor of Arts in English from the University of California at Los Angeles where she earned Dean’s List Honors. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of California at Berkeley.
Prior to beginning her career as a lawyer, Rosalie was a writer and researcher for Matthew Bender & Co. and Casenotes Publishing Co. where she wrote sections of treatises on federal jurisdiction under judges’ bylines, summarized caselaw, updated practice guides, and cite-checked and proofread galleys of chapters.
Rosalie enjoys farmers markets and reading a variety of literature to stay informed and inspired.
Rosalie represents clients in federal and state courts in the State of California in consumer litigation in the automotive industry, including breach of express and implied warranty cases involving claims arising under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnusson Moss Act, Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq., and alleged fraud. She handles all aspects of these cases.
Rosalie has experience handling all stages of employment matters on both plaintiff and defense sides including second-chairing state and federal trials, providing a well-rounded perspective in employment law.
