Nico Maugeri is an associate at Park Lawless & Tremonti. He vigorously represents clients in consumer litigation in the automotive industry, including breach of express and implied warranty cases involving claims arising under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnusson Moss Act, Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq., and alleged fraud.

Nico received a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management at La Sierra University and his Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles. Prior to practicing consumer litigation defense, Nico practiced immigration law, representing clients in removal proceedings before the Los Angeles Immigration Court and other immigration courts throughout the country.

Nico enjoys traveling, playing and watching sports, and is a self-proclaimed foodie and movie buff.
