Clare Hawley is an associate at Park Lawless & Tremonti. She represents automobile manufacturers in consumer litigation, including breach of express and implied warranty cases involving claims arising under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, Magnusson Moss Act, Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq., and alleged fraud.
Clare earned her Bachelor of Arts in Finance at the University of Notre Dame and her Juris Doctor from Loyola Law School. While in law school, Clare was part of Loyola’s Collateral Consequences of Conviction Justice Project. This Project helps assist individuals with past criminal just involvement navigate the collateral consequences of a past conviction so that they might successfully reintegrate into society. Prior to practicing law, Clare worked as a law clerk at the Major Crimes Division of the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office where she assisted with prosecuting complex cases.
Clare enjoys hiking with her dog, Parker, and cooking new recipes in her free time.

She handles all aspects of these cases.
Clare represented hospitals, physicians, and other health care providers in medical malpractice cases. Clare handled all aspects of these cases from initial pleading challenges, discovery —including taking and defending depositions, drafting and arguing motions, and expert discovery —and pre-trial filings and preparations.
