Bradly Makorow is an associate at Park Lawless & Tremonti. He represents automobile manufacturers in consumer litigation, including breach of express and implied warranty cases under the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act, as well as claims of fraud and unfair competition (Business and Professions Code §§ 17200 et seq.).
Prior to joining the firm, also defended corporate and insurance clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in general liability and personal injury matters.
Bradly earned his J.D. from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law in 2021 and his B.A. in Philosophy from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2018. At UCLA he served as Philanthropy Chair for Lambda Chi Alpha and was an active member of the Philosophy Club.
Outside the office, Bradly enjoys spending time in nature, hiking, and fishing.
Bradly represents General Motors, American Honda Motor Co., and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in Song-Beverly Warranty cases, including those where consumers allege fraud and unfair business competition under Business and Professions Code section 17200. He handles all aspects of these cases, from initial pleadings through trial.
Bradly represented corporate and insurance clients, including Fortune 500 companies, in a range of civil matters involving general liability and personal injury claims. He drafted and argued dispositive motions, conducted and defended depositions, managed written discovery and meet-and-confer processes, performed legal research, and negotiated settlements.
