Emily is an associate at Park Lawless & Tremonti. Emily represents General Motors, American Honda Motor Co., and Fiat Chrysler Automobiles in Song-Beverly Warranty cases, including those where consumers allege fraud and unfair business competition under Business and Professions Code section 17200. She handles all aspects of these cases, from initial pleadings to trial.
Emily received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley and her Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law. While in law school, Emily was a staff editor for the Southern California Interdisciplinary Law Journal and a writer for the Spotlight Entertainment Law Journal. She also studied international and European business law abroad in Lyon, France.
Outside of the office, Emily enjoys playing tennis, watching the latest Netflix series, and taking her 10-year-old rescue dog Jack to the beach.
